P​ayment:

All orders require a 50% (which can be split into two payments of 25% each) non-refundable deposit prior to commencement of work. The balance, including shipping costs, is due in full prior to the shipment of the instrument.


P​ayment Method:

We accept bank wire transfers, international bank drafts, international bank money orders, major credit cards and (within Canada only) Interac Email transfers.

The instrument will be shipped upon receipt of funds by our bank, which usually takes 15 business days.

Shipping:

All shipping cost (including insurance of the guitar) are an additional charge and are the responsibility of the customer.  International customers are also responsible for any import taxes, duties,brokerage fees etc. that may be levied by the customer's country of residence as well as by the shipping company.
